However, it will be a logistical nightmare to keep up with everyone’s contract version. So no, we do not send new documents. We recommend you do a contract review yearly.

Most of the documents were intended to be applicable throughout the United States, unless the template specifically says it’s for a specific state (like our Colorado Independent Contractor Agreement template). If you want to be sure about your state or local laws, we encourage you to engage a local lawyer, but because you have a template – it should save you some legal fees. Please note these templates are not intended to be used outside the United States.
